WRIT GRANTED. The September 30, 2014, judgment of the trial court denying defendants' motion to compel IME of plaintiff without restrictions is reversed and the motion is granted. Plaintiff's IME with Dr. Aiken is to be conducted without the presence of plaintiff's counsel and/or any audio recording and videotaping devices.
