Vincent Andrew LOPEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

From the 290th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2010CR1605

Honorable Melisa Skinner, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On April 8, 2013, appellant filed a motion to recalculate the due date for appellant's brief, advising the court that the reporter's record was incomplete-specifically, the record from the hearing on appellant's motion for new trial had not been filed in this court. Accordingly, on April 9, 2013, we granted appellant's motion, ordered the court reporter to file the record from the hearing on the motion for new trial on or before May 6, 2013, and advised appellant that his brief would be due thirty days after the date the supplemental reporter's record was filed.

The supplemental reporter's record, i.e., the reporter's record from the hearing on appellant's motion for new trial was filed in this court on May 13, 2013. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant's brief to be filed in this court on or before June 12, 2013. If appellant cannot file appellant's brief by that date, he should filed a motion to extend time to file the brief.

We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on all counsel.
