Fernando LOPEZ, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 25th Judicial District Court, Guadalupe County, Texas

Trial Court No. 12-2454-CR

The Honorable William Old, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due September 16, 2013; however, the court granted the reporter, Patricia Wagner, an extension of time until November 16, 2013 (sixty days after the original due date) to file the record. On November 19, Ms. Wagner filed a motion asking for an additional extension, until November 25, 2013, to file the record.

We grant the motion order the reporter's record due November 25, 2013.

We further order the clerk of this court to serve this order on Wagner by certified mail, return receipt requested, and by first class United States mail. Because "[t]he trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed," TEX .R. APP. P. 35.3(c), we also order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on the trial court.
