Opinion

No. 88-00961.

December 28, 1990.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Polk County; E. Randolph Bentley, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and D.P. Chanco, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Elaine Thompson, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

We affirm defendant's convictions for trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. However, we strike the order imposing court costs without prejudice to the state to seek reimposition after proper notice and opportunity to be heard.

SCHEB, A.C.J., and CAMPBELL and LEHAN, JJ., concur.
