Before the Court is appellant's July 29, 2022 fourth motion for an extension of time to file his brief. In the motion, appellant states this will be his final request for an extension. After due consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant's brief due by August 15, 2022.

Absent extraordinary circumstances, the failure to file a brief by that date will result in the appeal being abated for a hearing. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b).
