Roc Jovan LOPEZ, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

Roc Jovan Lopez, in proper person. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, for appellee.

Roc Jovan Lopez, in proper person.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before LOGUE, MILLER and LOBREE, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders appeal, we affirm in all respects but remand for the circuit court to correct the scrivener's error in the judgment to reflect that the conviction for trespass in an occupied structure was a first-degree misdemeanor imposed pursuant to section 810.08(2)(b), Florida Statutes, rather than a first-degree felony pursuant to sections 810.02(2)(b) and 775.087, Florida Statutes.

Affirmed; remanded with instructions.

Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).
