JUAN LOPEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F16-40682-I

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On June 23, 2017, we abated this appeal for the trial court to hold a hearing to determine why appellant had not received the appellate record. On June 26, 2017, the district clerk notified the Court she had redacted the clerk's record and had contacted appellant's appointed counsel. The following day, appointed counsel notified the Clerk of the Court that he had sent the redacted reporter's and clerk's records to appellant. Appellant has since filed his pro se response. Because findings are no longer necessary, we VACATE that portion of our June 23, 2017 order requiring a hearing and findings.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Nancy Kennedy, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2; Velma Lopez, Official Court Reporter, 195th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Robert Baskett, and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.

This case will be set for submission in due course.
