ORDER

PETER J. PANUTHOS SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

On December 10, 2021, respondent filed a Motion For Summary Judgment in this case. By Order dated December 15, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file a response by January 17, 2022. On January 18, 2022, petitioner Stephen Lopez informally contacted the Court to request a 30-day extension to file a response. The Court will grant petitioner's request.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the period for filing a response is extended and petitioners shall, on or before February 17, 2022, file a response to respondent's Motion For Summary Judgment, filed December 10, 2021.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties. 1
