This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas.

On March 31, 2022, a Petition was filed to commence the above-docketed case (Index No. 1). On May 26, 2022, respondent filed with the Court an Answer, containing a redacted Notice of Deficiency. Upon the Court's review of this case, it was discovered that the Petition documents contain personal identifying information. Tax Court Rule 27(a) states that a party making the filing should refrain from including, or should take appropriate steps to redact, certain specified information, such as taxpayer identification numbers and financial account numbers.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Petition in this case, filed on March 31, 2022, is sealed from public view.
