On December 26, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision which references the "stipulation of the parties filed in this case". However, no Settlement Stipulation was concurrently filed.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 10, 2024, the parties shall file a Settlement Stipulation for the Court's consideration. The Court will hold in abeyance the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.
