ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

This case is set for trial at the trial session commencing December 11, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

On November 20, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating petitioners reached a tentative settlement with the Appeals Officer. On or around October 16, 2023, a draft decision document was forwarded to the Appeals Officer to send to petitioners. On November 14, 2023, respondent's paralegal called and spoke with petitioner husband and asked him to contact the AO about the decision document that petitioners had received. Petitioner husband told respondent's paralegal that he requested additional time to review the decision document with his tax preparer and contact the AO.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall appear at the calendar call on December 11, 2023, and show cause why the Proposed Stipulated Decision has not been executed and submitted to the Court.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
