ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Houston, Texas, remote trial session scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021. On October 5, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. Therein, petitioner states that respondent does not oppose the granting of the motion.

The parties have since informally advised the Court that they prefer that this case proceed remotely and that it be calendared for trial at the Court's remote trial session scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed October 5, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's Houston, Texas, remote trial session scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case shall proceed remotely. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the Court's remote trial session scheduled to commence on February 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding; and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's February 14, 2022, remote trial session.
