By Order served March 27, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. On June 13, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition is extended to July 6, 2023. If the Amended Petition is not received by July 6, 2023, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
