ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

On September 28, 2021, the parties filed a stipulation of settled issues, sign ed by petitioners and by counsel for respondent, that resolves all issues in this case. On September 29, 2021, Robert C. Unetic, who is currently listed as counsel of record for petitioners, filed at docket entry #34 a document titled Substitution of Counsel. We will direct the Clerk of the Court to recharacterize this document as a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. See Tax Court Rule 24(c)(2). Attorney Unetic represents that he notified petitioners and respondent's counsel that he was withd rawing from this case and that no party objects. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall recharacterize Robert C. Unetic's Substitution of Counsel, filed September 29, 2021, as a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that counsel Robert C. Unetic's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted.
