On September 28, 2021, at 6:56 pm, the parties filed a document improperly labeled as a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Approximately half an hour later, at 7:23 pm, the parties filed the same document but properly labeled it a Stipulation of Settled Issues. We will strike from the record the document labeled Proposed Stipulated Decision. At the calendar call on October 4, 2021, the Court will allow the parties sufficient time to prepare and submit decision documents. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
