Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02726) and September 17, 2021 (Case No. 2021-03675), and said appeals having been consolidated and perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the September 17, 2021 order and, upon reinstatement of that appeal, for an extension of time in which to perfect both appeals (M-2022-01617), And defendants-appellants having moved for a calendar preference to maintain the appeals on this Court's calendar for the September 2022 Term, to schedule oral argument at the beginning of said Term, and to expedite the determination of said appeals (M-2022-01964), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that defendants' motion seeking, inter alia, an extension of time in which to perfect the appeals is denied as unnecessary, said appeals having been accepted for filing upon a record and briefs (M-2022-01617). Defendants' motion seeking, inter alia, a calendar preference and an expedited determination of the consolidated appeals is denied (M-2022-01964).
