LUIS ARNOLDO LOPEZ, Appellant, v. RENEE BAKER, WARDEN, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Luis Arnoldo Lopez appeals from an order of the district court denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on February 28, 2018. Eleventh Judicial District Court, Pershing County; Jim C. Shirley, Judge.

This appeal has been submitted for decision without oral argument. NRAP 34(f)(3). --------

In his petition, Lopez claimed the Nevada Department of Corrections improperly declined to apply his statutory credits to his minimum terms. The district court denied Lopez' claim as moot because Lopez had discharged his sentences or had previously appeared before the parole board. Substantial evidence supports the decision of the district court, see Williams v. State Dep't of Corr., 133 Nev. 594, 600 n.7, 402 P.3d 1260, 1265 n.7 (2017); Johnson v. Dir., Nev. Dep't of Prisons, 105 Nev. 314, 316, 774 P.2d 1047, 1049 (1989), and we conclude the district court did not err by denying the petition. Accordingly, we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
