The order denying the motion to correct clerical error in judgment is affirmed. The Superior Court is hereby authorized and directed to amend the order it entered after rescript on January 19, 1990, so as to insert, after the word "Fairhaven" and before the word "exceeds," the words "granting a variance," so as to read, in relevant part: "The October 2, 1984, decision of the Board of Appeals of the Town of Fairhaven granting a variance exceeds its authority and is hereby annulled."
