CHATTEL MORTGAGES, § 171.1when master's finding as to amount due is against manifest weight of evidence. In action to foreclose chattel mortgage, held that master's finding as to amount due plaintiff was against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN C. LEWE, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
