ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), order:

The motion for reinstatement is GRANTED. MCR 7.217(D). The appeal is REINSTATED. The defective appellants' brief that was e-filed on January 31, 2022, is accepted for filing. The brief will be considered untimely filed for purposes of oral argument. Furthermore, in order to cure the defective brief, appellants must file an amended brief within seven (7) days of this order that contains the following specific sections as required by MCR 7.212(C)(4)-(7): (1) a statement of the basis of jurisdiction section; (2) a statement of the questions involved section; (3) a statement of facts section; and (4) a standard of review section. No other changes to the brief will be allowed. Failure to file an amended brief as outlined above within seven (7) days of this order will result in the appellants' brief being stricken and this case being dismissed without further notice to appellants.

The time for filing appellees' brief shall run from the date of the proof of service of the amended appellants' brief.
