ORDER

Per curiam:

John Loomis appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Loomis argues that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because he received ineffective assistance of counsel in that trial counsel failed to move for a mistrial. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
