Before the Court is appellant's May 11, 2017 motion for extension of time to file his brief. In his motion, appellant states that neither he nor this Court has received a copy of the clerk's record. The clerk's record was filed in this Court on March 28, 2017. Appellant's motion is GRANTED to the extent that appellant's brief shall be filed by June 26, 2017.
