On June 10, 2022, petitioner filed an Objection to Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On June 16, 2022, Respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Reply to Petitioner's Objection in which the Court granted. On July 1, 2022, Petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Response to Respondent's Reply and lodged the accompanying Response to Reply to Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment. The motion represents that Respondent does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's above-referenced motion is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file Petitioner's Response as of the date of this Order.
