PER CURIAM

The Court dismissed this case for want of jurisdiction on March 8, 2017. Appellant filed a motion for rehearing asserting that the notice of appeal was timely filed under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.2(b)(1) and attaching evidence that satisfies the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.2(b)(2)(B). We grant the motion for rehearing, withdraw our opinion and judgment dated March 8, 2017, and reinstate the case.
