JEFFREY LONGINO, GERALYNN LONGINO & ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS, Appellants v. ITAY SHARONI, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3 Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 003-01063-2022

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE

On August 8, 2022, we abated this appeal due to appellant Jeffrey Longino's filing for bankruptcy. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.2. Before the Court is appellants' notice to the Court that the bankruptcy court in which the bankruptcy is pending has lifted the automatic bankruptcy stay as it applies to the property at issue in this eviction appeal. Accordingly, we REINSTATE this appeal, see id. 8.3, and RESET the deadline for the filing of the reporter's record to September 1, 2022. As the clerk's record reflects appellants each filed a statement of inability to pay costs and nothing before us reflects appellants have been ordered to pay costs, the record shall be filed without payment of costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Claudia Webb, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 3, and the parties.
