Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is treated as a motion to extend time to order transcript and is GRANTED. A stenographer's certificate for the July 26, 2023, hearing date must be filed within 7 days of the date of this order.
