APPEAL AND ERROR: Affirmance by an evenly divided court. In an action to establish a disputed boundary under the provisions of chapter 650, Code of 1954, the members of the supreme court taking part in the decision being evenly divided, the case is affirmed by operation of law.

Appeal from Scott District Court — CHARLES J. REHLING, Judge.

Action to establish disputed boundary brought under provisions of chapter 650, Code of 1954. Defendant pleads boundary by acquiescence. Judgment for plaintiffs. — Affirmed by operation of law.
