On March 27, 2024, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (Index #14), along with a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15). Upon review of the settlement stipulation and proposed stipulation decision, there is a Certificate of Service attached which is improper. Accordingly, the Court will strike the Settlement Stipulation (Index #14), and the Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15), filed March 27, 2024, from the Court's record. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation (Index #14), filed March 27, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further
