ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment in this case. We directed the intervenors to respond to that motion by December 30, 2021. On December 21, 2021, the intervenors requested additional time to file their response. We granted that motion, ordering them to file their response by January 21, 2022. On January 19, 2022, the intervenors filed another Motion for Extension of Time, requesting an additional week to file their response. Respondent does not object to the granting of this Motion. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the intervenors' Motion for Extension of Time, filed January 19, 2022, is granted in that the time within which they shall respond to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to January 28, 2022.
