On February 14, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report in this case. In their report the parties request that the case be set for special trial session in February 2024. The undersigned is currently available for trial during the month of February 2024. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before May 3, 2023, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the case. In that report the parties should, if possible, indicate their best estimate of the expected length of the trial and propose a trial date during February 2024. They should also indicate whether Atlanta, Georgia, remains the place of trial.
