This is a companion case to Long Leaf Lumber, Inc. v. Summer Grove Developers, Inc., 270 So.2d 588, decided this day. It is one of three foreclosure suits instituted by Long Leaf Lumber against Summer Grove Developers, in which Shreveport Wholesale Credit Men's Association, as assignee of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company, intervened.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
