On December 23, 2021, respondent filed a motion for extension of time to respond to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment. In the light of respondent's representation that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time, filed December 23, 2021, is granted and the time in which respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to January 21, 2022.
