Tenant appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (David J. Kaplan, J.), dated March 6, 2009, which denied her motion for summary judgment and granted landlord's cross motion to strike her first, second, third, fourth, sixth, seventh and eighth affirmative defenses and conduct discovery in a holdover summary proceeding.

Order (David J. Kaplan, J.), dated March 6, 2009, affirmed, with $10 costs, for the reasons stated by David J. Kaplan, J. at Civil Court.
