ORDER
This matter comes before the Court sua sponte as a result of an in camera inspection made under the terms of the Stipulated Protective Order I entered in this cause on February 11, 2002. Subject to the provisions of that protective order, Defendants shall produce to Plaintiff the following numbered pages from the Internal Affairs files viewed by the Court in its in camera inspection, to wit:
1A000008-18, 21-26, 34-42, 46-51, 63-66, 93-108 (Feather); 120-137 (McCutcheon); no pages (Salazar).
Only the last two or three numbers will be utilized in designating pages.
No production from the personnel files of the individuals involved will be required at this time; however, any materials from those files which are to be utilized by the Defendants at trial shall be provided to Plaintiff in timely fashion.
Defendants shall forthwith serve on Plaintiff copies of the pages numbered above. Defendants shall also pick up from the chambers of the undersigned the materials which were submitted for in camera inspection.
Discovery shall proceed in accordance with the foregoing.
