Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied on the merits.

Further, pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.410(a), Mattie Lomax, shall show cause within ten (10) days of the date of this order, why she should not be sanctioned for frivolous filing.
