An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 29, 2019, And appellant's counsel, the Dennehy Law Firm, having moved for an order relieving it as counsel; and for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the Dennehy Law Firm to withdraw as appellate counsel, and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2020 Term.
