By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 6, 2021, this case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee for this case. On August 30, 2021, petitioner submitted an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for the Court's consideration.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 6, 2021, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted. Petitioner is advised that this case will be calendared for trial in due course.
