On order of the Chief Justice, the joint motion of the parties to extend the time for filing their supplemental briefs is GRANTED. The time for filing the plaintiff-appellant's supplemental brief is extended to April 1, 2022. The defendant-appellee's supplemental brief is due within 21 days of being served the plaintiff-appellant's brief.
