Pending in the above-docketed matter are a Motion To Proceed Remotely and a Motion for Entry of Decision, filed April 17 and May 3, 2023, respectively, by petitioners herein. Thereafter, on May 15, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation.

Accordingly, the premises considered, and commensurate with entry of the decision, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' just-referenced Motion for Entry of Decision is granted. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion To Proceed Remotely is denied as moot.
