On February 24, 2023, respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute was filed. This case was called from the calendar at the trial session of the Court on March 20, 2023, at Nashville, Tennessee. Petitioners appeared and were heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
