Petition for writ of habeas corpus from Circuit Court, Broward County; Stanton Kaplan, Judge.

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted and the respondent, The Honorable Stanton Kaplan, is hereby directed to immediately act upon petitioner's request for bail pursuant to this court's opinion in Arthur v. Harper, Case No. 78-1512 (Fla. 4th DCA opinion filed October 6, 1978).
