This case is currently calendared on the Court's Jackson, Mississippi trial session, scheduled to begin April 29, 2024.

On April 2, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. The Court will direct petitioner Elayne Lockett to file a response to the motion and appear at the above-referenced trial session to be heard on the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2024, Ms. Lockett shall file a response to the motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's Jackson, Mississippi trial session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., on April 29, 2024, in Courtroom 5C, 5th Floor, of the Thad Cochran United States Courthouse, 501 East Court Street, Jackson, MS 39201. If Ms. Lockett fails to file a response to the motion or fails to appear at the hearing, the Court may grant the motion and enter a decision against her in the amounts set forth therein.
