Upon due consideration of petitioner's motion for continuance, filed May 13, 2024, and of the parties' stipulation of settled issues, filed May15, 2024, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial from the June 3, 2024, Honolulu, Hawaii, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 16, 2024, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision document, or (2) a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case.
