Defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for an order staying a temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court, New York County, by order to show cause, dated January 31, 2019, which suspended his supervised visitation with the parties' child, and for leave to appeal therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, deemed one to include a request for relief pursuant to CPLR 5704, is denied in its entirety.
