These cases are currently calendared for trial at a Special Session of the Court commencing on February 20, 2024, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. On January 18, 2024, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 by Non-Party Witness GPW Actuarial Services, Inc. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 1, 2024, non-party GPW Actuarial Services, Inc. shall file with the Court and serve on the parties a Reply to petitioner's response, clarifying what information it considers propriety and why that information meets the "public disclosure" exception of I.R.C. section 7461(b).
