ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.

On March 13, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report informing the Court that the parties are awaiting computations in this case. The parties are requesting an additional sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
