TRINITY LLOYD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 3, 2022, a Substitution of Counsel was filed in the above-docketed matter by respondent. However, review shows that the document bears an incorrect caption. Somewhat inexplicably, a previous identical Substitution of Counsel filed May 26, 2022, was stricken (with explanation) for the same reason.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the just-referenced Substitution of Counsel filed June 3, 2022, at Docket Entry #12, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
