DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 30, 2020, and November 2, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellants for leave to prosecute the appeals as poor persons and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to prosecute the appeals on the original papers and to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a] [5]), and by serving and filing the appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, by serving the appellants' brief, and uploading a digital copy of the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until February 22, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to waive payment of the filing fee and for free transcripts are denied.
