The petition in this case was filed on July 6, 2021. Petitioners seek review of the notice of deficiency dated April 5, 2021, issued to them for tax year 2018. On November 15, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not contain a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2018 upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 10, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2018 upon which this case is based.
