PARENT AND CHILD, § 2fitness of parents to have custody of child. In proceeding between divorced husband and wife for custody of their five-year-old daughter, where testimony as to fitness of respective parties was in sharp conflict, finding of trial judge in favor of father was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the City Court of Mattoon, Coles county; the Hon. GUY L. SMITH, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1948.
